A morning of awesome finds!

Hi everyone it's 10.22 in the morning! Doing makeup for Ronald and Tini now. Omg I love Tini's name.. at Charlene's film shoot. Seeping on PEPSI.. burping.. gas running up my nose..

There's our director!

On another note, I chanced upon DAN HILLER!! So amazing his works has a sense of grunge, gothic, dark feelings using ink and watercolor. I saw his drawing of a skullhead and dog body and fell in love with it! Mixture, of skulls, tentacles, trees... I love the details of his pen, intense, structured, kept within a body, clean, sharp, opposite of me. I draw stickman.
Don't you just love what the internet brings?

This tentacle family is for Xiao Yan & Chanel.

And to celebrate this wonderful Saturday morning which marks the start of my RECESS WEEK, I present to you.... Tim Tradder's....

WATER WIGS!! Such happiness!

HAHAHA I LOVE IT! Freeze frames of water balloons bursting as hats, no wonder he worked for Adidas, Coke Zero.. visual communication win. Fantastic big bald heads, lights, natural phenomena. Starting to appreciate photos more now. On a more personal note, I'm very interested in suits. I want to have a high pony tail too why is my face so big.. Love the clean feel of everything tied up, straightened. Walk around in a sleek manner with an accessory or two. Minimalist 101. I iz not caucasian but I'll figure something out!

HI, also. Updated: PERSONAL INSPIRATION & remember to support Lois&Veron!

Many many loves.

Rethink about what we handle.

Some of us drink, some of us drank, some of us are now drunk. Having been in touch with these alcohol, have you ever wondered how they look like under the microscope?  I had never thought of putting alcohol under a microscope as I didn't imagine the results to be so magnificent. Now getting a microscope to look at objects is very tempting indeed. While researching for my module, I came across BevShots!! Some have magnificent colors and compositions while some are just downright ugly to me. I like those which resembles feathers most, and not those which resembles flora and butterflies. I do not like butterflies. And, using the same objects, look what some made out of it?? Beautiful and gorgeous products. It's all in the methods.

BevShots® are photographs of alcohol under a microscope.  These high-quality photographs of your favorite beers, wines, cocktails, liquors and mixers were taken after they have been crystallized on a slide and shot under a polarized light microscope. As the light refracts through the beverage crystals, the resulting photos have naturally magnificent colors and composition.
Freaking commercialised everything but hey, they deserve it and I want a piece of it!!

Omg time passes so fast it's been half an hour already! I woke up at 9am to do research, can't believe I did that. Anyway last Saturday Fiona and I wore the same pair of shoes, in different colors, she gave me the white one. Yay! And we were dressed in opposite colors, I am having an obsession with white nowadays.

It isn't pleasurable handling this pair of shoes as I cannot pull the shoe out as I normally would, pulling the hind. Spikey spikey but it is really comfortable given how high it is.

Good night everyone!

In a crazy DIY craze nowww

Nowadays I've been switching and changing so often, might as well DIY myself, save $$ and feel happy with myself too. Anyone who wants to make their own DIYs can jio me!! Glad to do them together :)

I recently acquired some Bonia faux leather from my senior's flea booth and I decided to make something out of it! It was supposed to be a tote but the other side's too ugly.. They are little pieces sewn together, so I got the better side to make into a clutch! It's bearable, with velcro because I can't find my stack of zipsss! I had the croc skin, then a sponge layer in between and finally inner is my leftover snow leopard cloth from yesteryear.

And to relive myself from suppression - I have been seeing clear clutches for awhile now and some part of me decides that it is not worth that much - I decided to DIY one myself. Here is the website which I trusted and went the general outline.

Items:
I used earrings/ bellyrings from TALISMAN to replace the rivels as I couldn't find them anywhere. Didn't travel as far yet. 3 pairs for $5, quite worth it to me.
The clear plastic is bought at one of the 'home fix' stores at Jurong Point, the one which sells alot of random stuff near Singtel. Mine was supposed to be $12/m, somehow the lady cut 10cm short and I got it at $6/m! Cheapo happiness of the day. There are thicker ones, at $18/m, $30/m too.
Penknife to slit a hole, cause I didn't bring my multiple hole puncher out lololol!

I like the namecard holder too! :D

Arm candy :D

I made these in my morning class, clutch outline was cut previous night, thus that morning was the most productive morning EVER. My girls agreed.

Anyhow, look, NUNS WITH HOT LEGS! Hahaha just for laughs, saw it on flickr, if anyone of you knows where it is, let me know! What sexy legs and hot stockings. Look deeper and you'll find good details you didn't on your first. Have a good night's sleep everyone!

*Ps, and I've updated my personal inspiration! Will be actively adding items there from now on!
